2- Independent Dealers must have their own tax I.D. number and sign an agreement that they are not employees of Abunda Life.

No inventory or stocking of products, financial investments, regulatory agencies to deal with, accounting, multi-level hype, no selling, no meetings, no collection of monies or shipping. You buy factory direct. Most of the work is done for you. You render a quality service to others while you automatically earn extra income without risk or hassle and all without investing a penny.

4- As an Abunda Life Dealer your primary responsibility is to introduce patients, clients and friends to the Abunda Life website with the minimum of instructions. The website is designed to take your clients credit card order on a secure line and direct its UPS shipment the same day.

5- The website will ask your client specifically for your dealer number. It is imperative that you clearly instruct your client to use your ID# to gain access to the website. In so doing they will receive free online newsletter and a special introductory gift for registering with your number.

6- Once your clinic registers under your assigned dealer ID# you will receive residuals for the life of that client.

7- In the event that your client at some later date becomes an independent dealer, you will continue to receive overrides and bonus based on that individuals sales, but not commissions.

8- Commissions are paid weekly based on all sales received from Sunday to Saturday. Checks are written the following Monday (8 days lead time). Overrides and bonuses are paid monthly based on all sales received by the home office from the 1st to the 31st of each month. Checks are mailed on the 15th of each month (15 day lead time).

9- A sale is constituted by a _____________ completely filled out with a valid credit card e-mailed or faxed or a mailed money order.

10- Back orders are not considered sales until the product becomes available.

11- In the event a product is returned for reason other than replacement and a refund results, the amount of the dealer’s paid commission, override and bonus check will be debited against the dealer’s next commission check.

12- Abunda Life may offer special products on its website that it does not manufacture or distribute under its own label. Such health related products may include but not limited to juicers, kitchen utensils, magnets, magnetic mattresses, books, cassette tapes, courses, videos, water distillers, fitness equipment, air purifiers and special supplements. Said product dealers will receive compensation based on one half (50% of the Abunda Life Compensation Schedule)

13- All dealers qualify for sales volume incentive bonuses. To qualify for dealer overrides the dealer must demonstrate that they have a sales organization capable of presenting Abunda Life’s on-line products or sign up six independent dealers or have completed the Christian Natural Healing Practitioner Certification Program.

14- Monthly overrides and bonuses are based on the total sales volume of you and those you personally introduced to the Abunda Life Dealer Program

15- Abunda Life Independent Dealers receive a 5% commission on all students that they introduce to the Abunda Life Christian Natural Healing Practitioner Certification Program.

16- Independent Dealers receive a 5% commission on all Abunda Life Medical Nutrition Testing Clinic’s and Abunda Life Retreat/Spa introductions.
17- Independent dealers purchase factory direct, receive a free online newsletter, e-flashes, new research in the field of Nutrition and Naturopathic Medicine, access to Abunda Life’s Nutritional Therapy Protocols, Nutritional Intervention Recipe Protocols, Technical Support and coaching.

18- Dealers may purchase inventory factory direct at any time. Their discount will be based on the amount of product they purchase in any given month.

19- Dealers may need to charge more than the suggested retail prices when appropriate to their area and circumstances but they may not undercut retail prices. Dealers discounting prices without special approval are in violation of their dealer agreement.

20- As an introductory offer dealer electing to stock retail inventory of $5,000 or more will be extended Abunda Life’s maximum dealer discount of 50% off retail $2,500 minimum wholesale order.

21- Dealers may elect to inventory some products and use the Abunda Life’s website services at the same time. Monthly bonuses and discounts schedule will be based on total sales.
