Boot Camp Check-In Policy

  1. Check in time is between 2:00 and 4:00 P.M., Sunday.  Please be on time.  Sunday is orientation day.  If you are late you will miss out on receiving important program information.  It will be difficult for you to catch up with the rest of the class.  Orientation will not be repeated and it is not fair to hold the class up for the tardy.  Please plan your time accordingly.

Check out time is noon Friday.

BOOT CAMP
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • We intentionally keep our Boot Camp classes small so we can properly service our guests.  Because we conduct our Boot Camps only one time a month, availability is often a problem.  To avoid missing out it is wise to make your reservation as soon as you are sure you can commit to your chosen Boot Camp date.  Do not make your reservation until you are certain you can make it.

  • Your reservation is secured with a $297.00 non-refundable deposit payable by cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discovery cards.

  • It should be obvious to you that it is impossible to provide a specialty service of this type with limited dates and small classes on maybes and good intentions.  We are like the airlines in this respect.  Your place in the Boot Camp is guaranteed with your deposit.  We cannot offer this reservation to anyone else.  Just so there is no misunderstanding in the future, you can request that your deposit is transferred to someone else, but it is non-refundable.  That’s the only way we can successfully provide this type of service.  That’s the deal.

  • Your room and place in our class is reserved for five nights.  Should you choose to leave the program early for any reason, there is no refund.  It should be obvious that we cannot offer your place in the program after it has started.  We are no different than most schools, other time sensitive programs and colleges.  That’s the deal.
  • Guests desiring to participate in the optional clinical services should sign up as much in advanced as possible.  All of the services may not be available due to limited availability of time and practitioners.  Some practitioners such as massage people must be called in from the outside.  All optimal clinical services are scheduled by appointment.

  • If you are planning to be nutritionally, hormonally and metabolically evaluated you need to let us know as much in advance as possible in order to provide the necessary time required in our schedule to have your blood drawn.

  • For some unknown reason certain guests in the past had some notion that the "Nutrition Testing and Personal Health Evaluation, using the latest scientific breakthroughs in blood diagnostics for individual biochemical assessment " was included in the Boot Camp fees.  Testing and Boot Camp are two different services.  We mention this so there will never be a misunderstanding.  Our entire Boot Camp fee is less than a room in a 2nd class New York City hotel like the New Yorker and other parts of the country with no services what-so-ever.

  • Our Boot Camp is an intensive program offered at a fraction of the fee of other comparable programs.   Our nutrition testing is a highly specialized service that no hospital or orthodox drug doctor is able to perform.  It includes your entire laboratory fee’s, your initial visit, special interpretations of your individual nutrition, hormonal and metabolic needs, all based on your individual biochemistry.  It also includes a comprehensive computer report, a second office visit to go over the report of your findings, the making of our definitive recommendations and putting you on a personal program.  Our entire evaluation package is a fraction of the price of most alternative doctors who offer this service.

  • Your total Boot Camp fee is only $1,297.00.  Your non-refundable deposit is only $297.00.  Your $1000.00 balance is payable upon check-in. If you bring a friend, double occupancy discounts your rate to only $997.00 each.  It pays to bring a family member or a friend.

  • A signed credit card slip will be kept on file for any extra optional
clinical services of which you may choose to partake.  Settlement will be made before checkout, preferably on Thursday at 5:00 P.M.  This will avoid last minute checkout confusion.

  • Phase one to your five-day naturopathic detoxification will be learning how to properly fast and to be at peace with rest and quiet.  Eat very lightly a few days before check-in.  In the past, some foolish people stuffed themselves like pigs prior to check-in.  This only exacerbated the detoxification process and can even create unnecessary complications such as vomiting, dizziness, and weakness.   In short:  Do not drink alcohol or stuff prior to check-in.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited.  It is harmful to others and cannot be easily cleaned out of walls.  You will be discharged if you are caught in this dirty habit.

  • Do not sneak in food, snacks, etc.  You are only fooling yourself, compromising the full benefits of this program and cheating yourself.

  • Cell phones must be shut off at all times.  You can retrieve your messages and call back from your room during break periods.  Cell phones are not to be used in group or public places.  To get well, some people need to be disconnected and detoxified from their cell phones.

  • There is no set up for computer or e-mail.  The program is designed to de-slave you.

  • No newspapers please.  This is a total detox program.

  • There is no TV in the rooms.  TV time will be replaced with educational movies and psychovisual therapy for stress relief.  It is possible to regain your mind in five days.  That is our goal.

  • You are required to come equipped with a spiral notebook and pens.  This is an educational program.  Unless you have a photographic memory, you will want to take as many notes as possible.

  • Exercise clothes and sneakers are the attire of the day.  Bring a bathrobe and slippers for the thermogenic, fat burning and internal purification treatments.

  • Bring your alarm clock so you are on time for your morning class.  Laziness and tardiness is not smiled on at the Boot Camp.

  • If you are planning on being nutritionally tested bring in any back blood tests from the past, even if they are a few years old.  Bring a non- digital, non-mercury thermometer for your basil temperatures.

  • An analysis of your major symptoms will be reviewed with our interpretive comments and recommendations.  This program is based on what is called the SAF-130, which is a symptom analysis format.  You will be instructed on how to do this questionnaire test on Sunday.
