Here’s How it Works:

1. Once you decide to be Nutritionally Tested, Call Us with Your Information and Credit Card
2. We will Immediately Contact our Central Agent Who Connects Our Patients with a Diagnostic laboratory in Your Area
3. Our Agent will Mail, Fax or Email the Address and Phone Number of an Affiliate lab in Your Area with Your Prescription
4. DO NOT EAT ANYTHING THE MORNING BEFORE YOUR BLOOD DRAW.  You May Drink all the Water You Want, but NO COFFEE, SODA, SMOKING, GUM or FOOD.
5. Your Lab Test Will be PrePaid so there will be no need to Negotiate or Submit Billing Information at the Lab.
6. New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania Clients:  There is a $75 Surcharge for this Service. (THANK YOUR GOVERNOR!)
7. We Will Send You a Number of Questionnaires’.  As Soon as You Receive Them, Call Our Central Office at 732-775-7575 for a Complete Explanation as to How to Fill Out These Questions.
8. Mail the Questionnaires’ Back to Us with Your First Urine of the Day and Your Underarm Temperature Taken First Thing in the Morning while Your Still Lying in Bed.
9. We Will Fax or Email (please let us know your preference), Your Test Results and a Written Report of Findings.
10. We Will Follow Up with Your Report of Findings via Phone Consultation to Explain the Details of Your Report
11. After You’ve Digested Your Report and We have Discussed Your Goals, We Will Fax or Email You Our Recommendations and Plan of Action.
12. We Will Follow Up with Another Phone Consultation to Review What Needs to be Explained.
13. If Indicated, your Naturopathic Medicines and Natural Healing Remedies can be Ordered from Our Online Dispensary and shipped directly to you via UPS.
14. If Indicated, Dio-Identical Hormones will be Prescribed and Sent FedX from Our Compounding Pharmacy.
15. Urine Analysis and Questionnaire Follow Up Tests will be Performed in 30 Days and Periodically as a Follow Up Service.  This Fee is $95
